Are you a 'green finger', someone who enjoys getting their hands dirty and loves being outdoors? Do you love growing your own veges and trying new ways of gardening? We have our amazing Kai Mara Coordinator that could use your helping hand.

Want to learn organic gardening skills or offer your skills? Love being in nature and getting your hands in the soil? Want to contribute to community wellbeing and growing food in a way that cares for the earth? Then Kelmarna is the place for you!

Horticulture Leader – Kumeū

Wednesdays- 10.30am – 2pm during the school term. Spend your Wednesdays outdoors working alongside our youth in our beautiful Lemon Orchard as they build independence in our Moxie Work Experience Programme.

We wish to tidy up the existing gardens and develop the other areas around our Drop In Centre ground.

Community composting volunteer

Looking for volunteers who are keen to lend a hand composting at one of our community compost hub. We currently have sites in Grey Lynn, Te Atatu South, New Lynn and Royal Oak.
