Puppy-raisers (Assistance Dogs)

Assistance Dogs New Zealand Trust (ADNZT) are looking for new volunteer Puppy Raisers in Tāmaki Makaurau - Auckland to help raise and socialise pups-in-training.

North Auckland Good Bitches are needed!

Good Bitches Baking is a network of volunteers around Aotearoa who bake treats in their own kitchen for people having a tough time. The baking is shared via organisations that work with those people (think hospices, shelters, refuges, foodbanks etc)

Support Companion

We are seeking compassionate volunteers from across Auckland to do home visits to a locally assigned elderly and/or unwell client to provide support and companionship.

ESOL Tutor

An ESOL tutor is needed to teach English, at our Safari Playgroup [Lynfield], to playgroup Mums from refugee and migrant backgrounds while their children attend the playgroup.

ESOL English teacher

An ESOL tutor is needed [Manurewa], at our Safari Multicultural playgroup, to teach English to playgroup Mums from refugee and migrant backgrounds while their children attend the playgroup.

Multicultural Playgroup Volunteer

We support former refugees and migrants to settle into their new lives in New Zealand. We are looking for volunteer who can help the playgroups

Driver

We are on the hunt for a friendly person who can drive our families from our Grafton Mews House up to the hospital as needed as well as take families on shopping trips to the supermarket/mall. There can sometimes be things that need to be collected.

Red Cross Disaster Welfare Support Volunteer

Our Disaster Welfare Support Team DWST trains weekly on Wednesdays from 7 to 9pm in Wiri in South Auckland near the airport and responds when activated across the wider Auckland region and nationwide. Support your community before and during an emergency.
