Our mission is as relevant today as it has ever been:

“Supporting male identifying people looking for work and in particular providing dress and confidence to assist in the job interview process.“

We achieve this through providing a free styling appointment and clothing that is relevant to the clients interview - we also support those that may have an important meeting or significant life event.

We endeavour to build confidence and value within our clients, so that they can put their best foot forward for any interview or meeting in a professional setting and meet the standard required to succeed.

‘Fix Up, Look Sharp’ acquires its clients through Work and Income, employment programmes, community organisations, mental health providers and word of mouth of clients.

The service is run by an experienced stylist and job seeking professionals who are motivated and passionate about male identifying tāngata looking good and feeling good about their job readiness and making a positive first impression at an important life event.
