The Rotoroa Island Trust would like to expand its group of regular volunteers who help with maintaining the island. Work includes mowing, weed control, servicing our biosecurity trap network, building, track and road maintenance
Guided walk guides
The Rotoroa Island Trust (www.rotoroa.org.nz) runs guided walks for island visitors. Walks are booked through Explore the ferry company or direct through Rotoroa.
Running a kiosk on a Hauraki Gulf Island
The Rotoroa Island Trust (www.rotoroa.org.nz) requires assistance to run its small kiosk on island which sells ice-creams, soft drinks, t-shirts and books and also acts as a hub for providing visitor information.
Handyman

Support Companion
We are seeking compassionate volunteers from across Auckland to do home visits to a locally assigned elderly and/or unwell client to provide support and companionship.
