We are seeking an exceptional sales professional with a genuine passion for natural skincare, haircare, health, and wellbeing.
The successful applicant will have:
• Proven retail sales experience with a confident, friendly, and customer-focused approach.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage customers while representing our brand professionally.
• A passion for natural products and helping customers find solutions that meet their needs.
• The potential to eventually work independently and efficiently.
Additional skills that would be an advantage:
• Experience with social media platforms, email marketing, and digital promotions.
• Familiarity with Shopify, SendGrid, Canva, and related digital marketing tools.
• Content creation and customer engagement through digital channels.

Seeking a Professional Invested in Natural Products and Wellbeing
We are looking for a highly capable all-rounder with demonstrated retail sales success.
The ideal candidate will be:
• Well-presented, professional, and reliable.
• Confident interacting with customers and building rapport.
• Committed to providing exceptional customer service and fostering long-term customer loyalty.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Eager to learn and develop new skills.
Experience with Shopify, SendGrid, Canva, social media platforms, or digital marketing systems will be viewed favourably.

A Ministry of Justice background check is required for this role.

Time commitment:

We are seeking a committed individual for a weekend retail sales role, typically one to two mornings per week.
There may also be opportunities to participate in our in-office team activities on Wednesdays and Thursdays, focusing on customer service, marketing, and business development.
