We have two roles open as part of our maire tawake protection project. You will be out in the field collecting data and spraying maire tawake trees in the Kaipātiki area to protect them from myrtle rust and conserve them for the future.

Walking Group Facilitator - Avondale
Are you a passionate motivator and walking enthusiast? If yes, we need you. We are looking for someone to coordinate a walking group for new parents in the Avondale area. You will organize locations of walk, meet and connect parents.
Retail Store Assistant
We are looking for volunteers to work at our North Shore op shop located in Wairau Park.
'Tree Rescue' Along the Papakura Stream
Join us for a day of volunteering and give our newly planted native trees along the Papakura Stream a helping hand by releasing them from strangling weeds.
Basketball Coach
Special Olympics Auckland is seeking a coach for our basketball team.
Swimming coach
Provide support to the athletes and Head Coach. Don't need to be an expert just people keen to get involved.

Help restore and protect the ngahere (North Shore based)
In Kaipātiki Local Board area, PFK supports many independent local groups to tiaki (care for) our unique and beautiful environment. If you live in the area and would like to help other local people care for the reserves, this role is for you.
