Rural Youth and Adult Literacy Trust was established for teenagers and adults all across New Zealand, but with a particular focus on those that live in rural areas, are isolated or don’t have access to a Literacy centre.
We provide free 1:1 support with reading and writing that is flexible and can be done online via Zoom or Google Meet. Trained volunteers work with students 1-3 times a week to help them improve their literacy skills.
