ANNUAL FLOWER SHOW | General Event Assistant
Our Auckland Horticultural Council Inc. 25th Annual Flower Show is being held at the Western Springs Garden Community Hall Two, 956 Great North Road, Western Springs.
We are seeking assistance with both the setup and pack-down of the venue. Under the guidance of the Show Manager, your responsibilities will include arranging and moving tables and chairs. Additionally, our stallholders may require help unloading/loading their vehicles.
Able to follow instructions and physically capable of setting up or packing down event furniture. These roles require closed-toe shoes.
High-visibility vests will be supplied.
Assistance is required for two afternoons: either Friday, November 27th, from 1.30pm to 4pm to set up, or Saturday, November 28th, from 2.30pm to 5pm to pack down the event.
Light refreshments will be provided.
