SPRING FLOWER SHOW | general event assistants
Our annual Auckland Horticultural Council Inc. Spring Show is being held at the Western Springs Garden Community Hall Two, located at 956 Great North Road. We are seeking assistance for both the setup and pack-down of the venue.
Under the guidance of the Show Manager, your responsibilities will include carrying and arranging tables and chairs. Additionally, our stallholders may require help with unloading/loading their vehicles.
Able to follow instructions and physically capable of setting up or packing down event furniture. These roles require closed-toe shoes. High-visibility vests will be supplied.
Assistance is required for two afternoons: either Friday, September 11th, from 1.30pm to 4pm to set up, or Saturday, September 12th, from 2.30pm to 5pm to pack down the event. Light refreshments will be provided.
