The Auckland Horticultural Council is hosting a Spring Vegetable Gardening presentation at the Western Springs Garden Community Hall, 956 Great North Road, Western Springs. This is an indoor event, and we require assistance with setting up the venue. Under the guidance of the Events Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for carrying and setting up trestles and chairs.

Requirements:

Able to follow instructions and be physically capable of setting up event furniture. Closed-toe shoes will be required for this role. A high-visibility vest will be supplied.

Time commitment:

From 10am until 11am on Saturday, August 29th. Light refreshments will be provided, and you are most welcome to attend the presentation from 11am to 1pm.
