AUTUMN PLANT FAIR | general event assistants

Our sixth annual Auckland Horticultural Council's AUTUMN PLANT FAIR is being held at Western Springs Garden Community Hall, 956 Great North Road, Western Springs. This is an indoor event, and we require assistance setting up and packing down the venue. Under the guidance of the Events Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for carrying and setting up trestles and chairs. Assistance with unloading stallholders' vehicles may also be necessary.

Requirements:

Able to follow instructions and physically capable of setting up and dismantling event furniture. Closed-toe shoes will be required for this role. High-visibility vests will be supplied.

Time commitment:

There are two shifts on the day - Early-bird from 7.15am to 10am for set-up, and the afternoon for pack-down from 2.30pm to 5pm. Light refreshments will be provided.
