Events Co-ordinator
Join us for a fun, relaxed and flexible volunteer role supporting our community events! As an Events Coordinator volunteer, you’ll lend a hand with setting up and packing down, capturing great photos from the day, and helping wherever needed to keep things running smoothly. Our events vary. Sometimes we fire up the BBQ, other times we run a stand with interactive games, so there’s always something different to enjoy. If you’re someone who loves being part of a team and bringing good vibes, we’d love an extra pair of hands to help make each event a success.
Reliable and comfortable, committing to scheduled event times.
Able to safely lift and move equipment during setup and pack‑down.
Friendly, approachable and enjoy talking to people in a community setting.
Interest in conservation and sustainable living is always a bonus.
Our events take place on weekdays, weekends and occasional evenings. You simply let us know your availability and we’ll only schedule you for the days that work for you.
