Volunteer Opportunity: SurveyMonkey & Research Support

Are you a student or volunteer with experience using SurveyMonkey or Microsoft forms ?
Do you enjoy turning ideas into well‑designed surveys that gather meaningful insights ?

Elizabeth Knox Home & Hospital is looking for a detail‑oriented volunteer to help us set up research surveys that support our engagement, improvement, and community initiatives.

What you’ll do

Build online surveys in SurveyMonkey (or Microsoft forms)
Assist in structuring questions for clear, useful, ethical data collection
Help test surveys before they go live
Support our team in creating smooth feedback processes for staff, residents, families, and partners
You’re a great fit if you…

Have experience with SurveyMonkey or another survey‑creation tool
Enjoy research, data, or communication projects
Are reliable, organised, and comfortable working independently
Want to contribute to meaningful work that supports residents, families, and the wider Knox community
Time commitment

Flexible — even a few hours a week makes a big difference.
