Native Plant Nursery

Our volunteering sessions are now closed for the festive season, we will be back the week of the 12th January, please contact us then.

We’ll be potting up baby plants and carrying out maintenance tasks including watering, weeding, pruning, and cleaning. You’ll learn lots more about what it takes to care for our native species from the very start of their lives.

Requirements:

Get on your outdoor clothing and a pair of gloves if you have them (some gloves provided). Hat and sunblock in spring and summer, in wet weather we have gazebos for rain cover but a raincoat is advised. Bring own lunch and water.

Time commitment:

Wednesday mornings - 10am - 12pm Please RSVP for location details.
