Part-time Assistant to the Secretary
To assist the AHC Secretary by issuing notices for all meetings, taking minutes of the proceedings, recording them, and maintaining up-to-date copies on file.
This role may eventually expand to include conducting basic correspondence and other administrative tasks.
Preferably, previous experience in this type of work.
While not essential, an interest in gardening would be advantageous as we host five horticultural events per year.
Able to attend Executive Committee meetings at our Western Springs venue up to ten times per annum (including the Annual General Meeting). Minutes can be prepared and sent from home.
