Tree planting day

We'll be spending the morning planting native plants into the reserve and would love for you to join us and make your mark for future generations. This area is slowly transforming from a forgotten, weed infested scrap of land into a flourishing, self managing natural system again. In preparation for future development in the area, we want to create a beautiful space that people can enjoy for many years.

The site has limited parking so please get in touch to book a spot in a car pool or to get a lift to the site.

All the tools you need are provided and we'll show you how if you've never done this before, if you have gardening gloves, it would be great if you could bring them along please and come dressed to work outdoors, including wearing sturdy shoes.

With a sausage sizzle afterwards to thank you for your effort, bring your family, come and make some memories with us.

Requirements:

This is a site that can only be accessed on foot so you will have to be able to walk across uneven ground. No dogs allowed and it isn't really suitable for buggies unfortunately.

Time commitment:

We will be planting for 2 hours and then relaxing with a BBQ afterwards.
