Fix Up, Look Sharp is an Auckland–based charitable trust that equips male identifying people with professional clothing, styling and confidence for life-changing moments such as job interviews. Our impact is growing, and we’re expanding our governance team to guide the next phase.

Who we’re looking for:

We welcome expressions of interest from people who can commit their skills, networks and passion to our kaupapa. Experience in any of the areas below would be especially valuable:

  • Marketing & Fund-raising - Elevate our profile; develop sustainable income streams
  • Legal / Governance - Ensure best-practice compliance and risk management
  • Māori & Pasifika Engagement - Strengthen culturally responsive service delivery
  • Social Services / Workforce Development - Align styling programme with employment pathways

  • A concise CV (max 2 pages).

Short-listed applicants will be invited to a kōrero with the Chair and Founder in late June.

A Police background check is required for this role.

Time commitment:

Tenure: 3-year term (renewable)
Meetings: Monthly evening board meetings, plus one annual strategy wānanga
Time: ~3 hrs/month including preparation
Location: Tāmaki Makaurau / online
