Background
- This is a long-term position with a happy team of staff and volunteers.
- You will help us look professional and will be a valued member of our team
- More importantly your work will help us reach our learners who benefit immensely from the literacy assistance we provide them.
Immediate Need
Our immediate need is to get some organisational structure diagrams updated and to have some infographics showing literacy rates in NZ.
Ongoing aspect of the role
- It would be helpful if you look at what we have in terms of flyers and posters and freshen some of it.
- However, this role is primarily about getting a call for help with a particular piece of promotional material when it is being upgraded, updated or created.
- We have three staff who could make requests, usually using our messaging service, Slack.
- Most work is non-urgent but it can be short-notice at times.
