Marketing Ads Campaign Officer
You will work closely with the team to develop targeted ad strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for digital marketing, analytics, and creative storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage digital advertising campaigns to promote the organization’s initiatives.
Create compelling ad copy, visuals, and targeting strategies for different platforms.
Monitor and optimize ad performance using data analytics and A/B testing.
Research audience insights and adjust campaigns for better engagement and ROI.
Support budget planning and allocation for paid advertising efforts.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align ads with broader communication strategies.
Track and report on campaign results, identifying key learnings and improvements.
Requirements:
Essential:
Experience or knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
Strong understanding of targeting, SEO, and audience segmentation.
Creative skills for writing engaging ad copy and selecting visuals.
Ability to analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
Self-motivated with strong time management skills.
Passion for marketing and social impact initiatives.
Desirable:
Experience working with non-profits or cause-based campaigns.
Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or Canva.
Knowledge of retargeting and conversion tracking.
