Community Patient Home Visitor
Volunteers who can provide a listening ear and a friendly face – by phone call or by home visit. Provide a sense of companionship to patients. Training provided.

Requirements:

Police Vet check and character reference check to be completed - experience working in a health setting, good emotional intelligence, strong boundaries, training provided

A Police background check is required for this role.
