Are you a super sleuth who loves to help people?

The Citizens Advice Bureau Waitakere needs new volunteers at our branches in Avondale, Glen Eden, Henderson, Massey and New Lynn. You would be meeting with people who need advice and guidance across a whole range of issues. Over decades of helping people, we already have a huge knowledge base of answers to many questions – but we’ve also learned to expect the unexpected, and to have to do a little sleuthing to find answers to questions we haven’t encountered before.
