West Auckland Riding for the Disabled
Established in 1976, we provide horse riding opportunities for children and adults whose disability limits their quality of life. We rely on the generosity of the community and businesses to ensure that we are able to continue to provide a high level of service to our riders.

Side Walker for Horse Riding Programme
Children with special needs benefit from therapeutic horse riding and volunteers walk alongside them to provide support, safety and encouragement.
Children with special needs benefit from horse riding therapy, and volunteers lead horses and support their learning.
We are looking for a volunteer handy person to assist our volunteer Grounds & Property team to keep our grounds in safe and good order.
