Available Roles:
Assist the Social Media Manager for Citizens Advice Bureau Auckland City with all aspects of social media project management, working as part of a volunteer team.
You will work with clients by listening carefully to their stories & researching their rights & responsibilities & the services available to them. You will explain the information so that the client understands their options & makes their own decisions.
Receptionists welcome clients and visitors to the branch and are the first point of contact.
