MoVA Discussion Forum - Beyond Busy

MoVA is an opportunity for you to meet and network with those who "do what you do" in recruiting, mobilising and retaining volunteers in the greater Auckland region - Support, Learn, Discuss, Network!

Our next event/s:
September 17th, 2015 - 10.30am - 12.30pm.

Topic: Beyond Busy - Bringing leadership back into every day
In this short session, Aly McNicoll, Director of the NZ Coaching & Mentoring Centre will provide a taster of the Beyond Busy workshop which she runs for leaders in the private, public and not for profit sectors. She advertises this workshop for the 'normally exhausted' and those who yearn to make more of a difference by focusing on what's important through their leadership. It will examine the cultural and personal drivers of 'busy', help you recognise the impact of busyness on yourself and your leadership and will outline 6 strategies for getting beyond busy to bringing leadership back in to every day. There will be opportunities to reflect and learn from each other as we address this critical leadership issue for the sector.
