This practical workshop provides the tools and skills NFP leaders and managers need to adopt a coaching mindset and develop people and performance through one to one coaching. It will help them avoid the common pitfalls when coaching and offers simple tools that enable them to take a coaching approach to the wide range of conversations they have in the course of their day, week or year.
