Coaching and Managing Volunteers for Performance

This practical, one day course will improve your ability to motivate, manage and develop others in ways that work in your not-for-profit organisation. It will enable you to take a coaching approach to managing performance and provide tools for the wide range of conversations you need to have in the course of your role.

  • The art of feedback – having constructive conversations about performance
  • Dealing with difficult personalities.

Costs: $90 for financial members of VA, $120 for non-financial members of VA. (Cost recovery price)
