Navigating Your Personal Leadership Journey

With increasing demands in the Not for Profit sector, leaders are challenged to ‘be who you are, more, with skill’ (Goffee & Jones 2010). This short workshop will provide an opportunity to identify leadership traits that uncover your leadership strengths, sharpen your own leadership focus and develop your personal leadership philosophy.

The event will begin with tea and coffee and a chance to network with other not for profit leaders. There will be a short presentation to launch the Graduate Diploma in Not for Profit Management 2013 programme and the Managing to Make a Difference Short course series.

The event is free and will be fun. There is plenty of parking available.

<strong>Where:</strong> Building 76 Conference Centre, Unitec Mount Albert Campus, Gate 4, Carrington Road, Mount Albert, Auckland (a map will be provided on confirmation of registration).

<strong>When:</strong> Monday, November 26th 4pm – 6pm

<strong>Who is it for?</strong> Leaders, would be leaders and those interested in making a bigger difference in their organisations or communities.

<strong>Presenters:</strong> Sandy Thompson and Aly McNicoll are senior lecturers on the Graduate Diploma in Not for Profit Management and NFP leadership development consultants.
