Bookkeeper
Eaglevision Coaching & Training is a developing, Christian-founded social enterprise supporting parents and whānau navigating chronic childhood illness, complex medical conditions and ongoing caregiving pressures.
We are looking for a reliable and organised volunteer bookkeeper to join our developing team and help us maintain clear, accurate financial records.
The role involves:
- Recording income and expenditure using spreadsheets.
- Keeping financial records organised and up to date.
- Reconciling transactions against bank statements.
- Tracking programme expenses, donations and grant funding.
- Preparing simple financial summaries when needed.
- Helping us develop straightforward, efficient bookkeeping processes.

We are looking for someone who has:
- Experience in bookkeeping or financial administration.
- Confidence using Google Sheets or similar spreadsheets.
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
- An understanding of basic financial recordkeeping and reconciliation.
- Reliability, discretion and respect for confidentiality.
- A willingness to work independently while keeping in regular communication.
Experience with nonprofit organisations, grant funding or social enterprises would be helpful but is not essential.
Formal accounting qualifications are welcome but not required.

A Ministry of Justice background check is required for this role.
Approximately 2–4 hours per month initially, depending on transaction volume and current activities.
This is a flexible, ongoing volunteer role that can be undertaken remotely, with occasional online meetings arranged at mutually convenient times.
