Social Media Team Member
You would be part of a small team which creates and schedules engaging posts, responds to comments and messages, promotes projects and events, and works with the team to keep content accurate, welcoming and consistent with the Trust’s mission. We have a weekly online team meeting.
This is an opportunity to grow your knowledge of NZ butterflies, moths, flora and fauna. You will have free access to the Trust’s online “Create Butterfly Habitat” course and extensive website resources. You will also have access to our Team Canva app.
Strong communication, empathy, leadership, organisation and time management skills required.
Problem-solving ability, high standard of ethics, and basic legal knowledge important (e.g. contest terms and conditions).
Excellent spoken English, spelling and grammar essential / Experience with social media platforms, AI tools, Canva required, Google docs and Adobe Suite desirable.
3-4 hours weekly.
