Curtain Bank Seamstress
Our Healthy homes Curtain Bank based on Ormiston Road East Tamaki is looking for a skilled and experienced seamstress to come in on a Monday and Tuesday. This role would be perfect if you enjoy practical sewing projects and want to use your skills to support community wellbeing. Using donated fabrics, you will help turn raw materials into beautiful, practical curtains that keep homes warmer, healthier and more comfortable.

• Cutting and sewing curtain panels
• Hemming and finishing curtains
• Altering donated curtains to fit specific requirements
• Maintaining a tidy and safe work area
A Ministry of Justice background check is required for this role.
Mondays and Tuesdays 9am to 3pm - we are flexible with this - let us know what suits you.
