All Heart Store Manukau is a profit-for-purpose enterprise committed to reducing waste while supporting communities through affordable goods, donations and meaningful employment opportunities.
We're looking for a volunteer who enjoys working with computers, has an eye for detail and wants to make a real difference behind the scenes.
This varied role includes:
Creating online product listings for our Shopify store
Taking photos and writing descriptions for items
Updating product information and inventory
Researching and contacting community organisations, schools and charities that may benefit from donated items
Assisting with community engagement and relationship building
Supporting general office and administrative tasks as required
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys technology, administration, customer service or community engagement and wants to use those skills to make a positive impact.
Good computer skills and confidence using online systems
Strong attention to detail
Friendly and professional communication skills
A willingness to learn new systems
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with Shopify, online marketplaces or social media is helpful but not essential, as full training will be provided.
his flexible volunteer role is available during business hours. Whether you can volunteer a few hours each week or a full day, Monday to Saturday, we'll work with your availability.
