Treasurer
Attributes – Excellent verbal and written communicator; open to bicultural practices; able to attend governance meetings once every 6 weeks, Wednesdays 5pm - 6.30pm at the Mt Albert Methodist Church together with necessary reports for those meetings, and preparation of annual accounts.
Skills required – Accounting or experienced bookkeepers and familiar with Xero platform.
A Ministry of Justice background check is required for this role.
The role takes around 1.5–2 hours per fortnight, although this can vary depending on Board meetings and compliance deadlines.
