We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable volunteers to assist with counter sales and customer service. You’ll help create a welcoming shopping experience for our customers while supporting a good cause.

We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable volunteers to assist with counter sales and customer service. You’ll help create a welcoming shopping experience for our customers while supporting a good cause.
Key Tasks:
• Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly, helpful manner
• Operating the point-of-sale (cash and EFTPOS transactions)
• Answering general enquiries and promoting our mission
• Helping keep the shop tidy and well-presented
• A positive attitude and willingness to help
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Reliability and ability to work as part of a team
• Basic numeracy skills (training provided for till use)

(No previous experience necessary but would be an advantage)
A Ministry of Justice background check is required for this role.
Panmure Op-Shop is open seven days per week.
Monday to Friday - 9.00am to 5.00pm
Saturday & Sunday - 9.00am to 4.00pm (Sunday position not available)
• Morning shifts are 9.00am to 12.00pm
• Afternoon shifts are 12.00pm to 3.00pm
