Planet FM 104.6 is Auckland’s community access radio station, supporting multilingual broadcasting and diverse community voices across Tāmaki Makaurau.
We are looking for a volunteer to help improve how the station organises and tracks funding and grant opportunities using Microsoft 365 tools. The role involves researching relevant grant and funding opportunities, maintaining a simple funding tracker and organised records, monitoring deadlines and application stages, and helping improve visibility of upcoming funding opportunities and internal planning.
This is a practical organisational support role that will help strengthen long-term sustainability and continuity for a community media organisation.
We are looking for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable using Microsoft 365 tools, spreadsheets, and online research. The volunteer should be able to work independently with guidance, communicate clearly, and maintain reliable records. Previous grant or funding experience is helpful but not essential.
Approximately 3–5 flexible hours per week for an initial period of approximately 2–3 months. Flexible scheduling can be arranged by agreement.
