Transport Research

Key Responsibilities
• Research transportation providers (public, private, community, and specialised transport).
• Collect specific data points from each provider.
• Conduct phone outreach/cold calling to transport providers to gather accurate and up-to-date information.
• Search online for additional providers and verify details through websites, directories, and social channels.
• Record information meticulously to ensure data completeness and accuracy.
• Identify less visible or hard-to-find providers, not just those easily found via basic searches.

Requirements:

Skills & Attributes
• Comfortable making cold calls and speaking with a range of people.
• Strong attention to detail and meticulous in verifying information.
• Good research skills, including online searching and following leads.
• Reliable, proactive, and committed to finding thorough and accurate information.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Time commitment:

1-4 hours approx. per week (Monday-Friday)
