Facebook Marketplace Superstar

When we get high-value donations in the opshop, we will often list them on Marketplace, to make sure we can keep our in-store prices low. When we currently upload items onto Facebook Marketplace, the response can be fairly overwhelming and tough to manage alongside so many other responsibilities taking priority in the day. It would be great to have someone who is able to dedicate a few minutes each day to follow-up on responses with pre-written messages (we will provide all necessary information & messaging). This role can be done from home, however as you will have access to DCS socials, we will require an initial in-person meeting and two character references.

Requirements:

We are looking for someone that is confident with technology & consistent in their ability to put time aside to help us manage our listings. You must be a patient, trustworthy and responsible person with good online customer-service skills.

Time commitment:

Roughly 15-20 minutes every 1-2 days.
