Online Op Shop Technical Administrator

Our online op shop lists some of the best donations from our op shops for sale to people online. Revenue is attributed to activities supporting those living with ME/CFS. The technical administrator is responsible for looking after all technical aspects of our online store including:
Items being listed correctly with the correct field input. Collections being arranged to suit market needs. We have integrations with other sites so there is management of those as well. This is a great opportunity to help ensure all items listed are done so correctly.

Requirements:

There are a number of technical aspects to this role so it is preferred you have experience with:
Ideally the shopify platform as the role will be responsible for managing the technical details associate with this.
Some coding experience would be ideal, but not essential as most of the functions are automated
Understanding of how integrations work
Well organised, logical thinker and strong attention to detail
A good communicator - you will be working with our store managers
Ability to visit our stores in person in Howick & Mt Roskill approximately once/month
Your own computer

A Ministry of Justice background check is required for this role.

Time commitment:

Approximately 5 hours per week, but this may vary depending on workflows.
Commitment to our organisation for at least 6 months.
