Orchid Show - Supporters
Friday morning 12/09/2025 helping in setting up the show, placing orchids in their classes on the tables and support in other areas. You can do a full day or half a day. We need at least two volunteers in the morning and two in the afternoon from 7.30am - 4.00pm. Welcome to stay all day.
Saturday morning 13/09/2025 from 9.00am - 5.00pm to offer eats and drinks to the vendors, walk around the hall and see no plants are being touched and help with break down at the end of show as well as sweeping and cleaning the hall. Again it can be full or half day but would like three volunteers in the morning and three in the afternoon. Welcome to stay all day.
Must be able to lift and setup tables, with some fitness. Will need to have their own transport
Friday 12/09/2025 from 7.30am - 12.30pm or from 12.30pm - 4.30pm. Full day or half day
Saturday 13/09/2025 from 9.00am - 1.30pm or from 1.30pm to 5.00pm. Full day or half day
