The Translations Website Administrator ensures that our website is accessible, accurate and up to date by:
using Canva to translate the content of our Info Hub webpage
creating new templated Info Hub webpages for different languages on Wix
uploading translated content to relevant language webpage
Experience
Proficiency in one or more website building platforms; Wix is preferred
Using Canva and working on Monday.com or similar CRM a preference
Knowledge of content publishing processes
Knowledge, Skills and Personal Qualities
Tech savvy and confident in learning Wix, Monday.Com and Canva
Strong attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good comprehension skills
Strong sense of English grammar
Self-motivated
Excellent organisational skills
Effective time management skills
Ability to meet deadlines
Work with minimal supervision as well as in partnership with a team
High personal and professional standards
1-3 hours per language, with 2-3 languages to be worked on per month
