Grey Lynn Toy Library - Wednesday Morning Volunteer

The Grey Lynn Toy Library has over 1000 toys which we lend toys to local families with children from 4 months - 7 years old. We are looking for some organised, detail-oriented volunteers who can commit to helping us out weekly on Wednesday monings 9:30-11.30am during school terms.

Your role will be to help our Librarian count and put away toys, help members find the toys they are interested in, and help with our rolling stocktake of toys throughout the year. You'll also assist in processing new toys that need to be added to the Toy Library, as well as reprinting labels for bags for existing toys and keeping the library tidy.

Being at the library during sessions is always fun and interesting, and the St Columba Church hall where we are based is a calm and joyful place to visit.

The toy library is open from next Wed 21st January to mid December, and is closed during school holidays and public holiday weekends.
