Administration Coordinator

Are you highly organised, proactive, and adaptable? Join the Feeling Fab Foundation family as our Administrative Co-ordinator and play a pivotal role in supporting the Founder/National Co-ordinator to keep things running smoothly.

The Administrative Co-ordinator ensures the smooth operation of Feeling Fab, providing administrative and organisational support.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing general administration, correspondence, and email communication.
  • Coordinating Committee meetings, including agenda preparation, scheduling, and minute-taking.
  • Organising and maintaining files
  • Creating and managing documents, policies, and procedures.
  • Supporting Wellness Days operations and liaising with Co-ordinators.

You’ll work closely with the Founder/National Co-ordinator and collaborate with staff and volunteers to meet the charity’s administrative needs.

Requirements:
  • The ability to communicate with all people you come into contact with, in a professional manner.
  • Competence in with Microsoft Office and Google Drive
  • Knowledge and understanding of issues, cultures and dynamics within families in crisis relating to grief.
  • Commitment to Feeling Fab Foundation’s goals and mission
  • Discretion and confidentiality.
Time commitment:

15-20 hours per week, voluntary unpaid, must be based in New Zealand.
