Administrative Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain records.
- Use Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail) for admin tasks.
- Assist with volunteer coordination, scheduling, and database updates.
- Help prepare documents, reports, and maintain filing systems.
- Manage event registrations and provide logistical support.
- Communicate with volunteers and stakeholders professionally.
- Assist with general office upkeep (e.g., tidying shared spaces, light cleaning).
- Carry out other support tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.

Gain practical experience in rostering and admin operations. CPNZ is happy to provide references to support your professional development. Volunteers interested in training as a patroller alongside this role are encouraged to mention it—but this is optional.

Skills & Experience:
- Familiarity with Google Workspace tools.
- Accuracy and attention to detail in data entry.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Reliability and ability to commit to agreed hours.
- Comfortable working both independently and in a team.
- Preferred: 2+ years of administrative experience, with a reference from a New Zealand employer (any job role).
