General Maintenance

• Conducting regular checks of facilities to identify and address any issues or necessary repairs.
• Performing minor repairs on electrical, plumbing and other infrastructure components. This includes fixing leaks, replacing worn-out parts of facility
• Implementing schedules for preventive maintenance to avert potential problems and prolong the longevity of facility.
• Keeping records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs to track the history and status of the facility.
• Working with Club Manager to schedule maintenance activities and ensure minimal disruption to operations.
• Monitoring and managing supplies and equipment necessary for maintenance tasks, ensuring that stock levels are adequate and ordering replacements as needed.

Requirements:

• Own tools
• Understanding of various systems such as electrical and plumbing (not essential)
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to diagnose issues efficiently and implement effective solutions.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to inspections and repairs to ensure no detail is overlooked.
• Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication with staff and management

Time commitment:

On going, When you can come in to do the work. Facility just needs some TLC of time.
