Hospitality Staff

Very casual role, ideal for beginners, someone wanting to gain experience or just wanting to socialize with customers at a small club. Events will also be below 150 people.
• Ensuring each guest feels welcomed upon arrival.
• Understanding and addressing guest needs promptly.
• Tailoring services to meet individual preferences and requirements.
• Handling complaints and issues effectively to maintain guest satisfaction.
• Ensuring rooms are clean, well-maintained, and stocked with necessary amenities.
• Set up and pack down of room
• Providing guests with accurate and easy-to-understand information about services and amenities.
• Money handling
• Alarm the venue for lock up
• Have a smile

Requirements:

• Understanding of liquor laws
• Flexible with some later evenings to pack down room, ready for mornings activates
• Money handling
• Confident in Bar service (training also provided)

Time commitment:

Mainly Weekends
• Friday and Saturday
• 6pm - 12am
Some weekday work 6-10pm
