Care Home Happy Hour Helpers - Greenlane

Volunteers are needed to bring joy to residents in a Greenlane care home. We are looking for volunteers who can commit to 1 hour per week (or per fortnight) to assist the activities team with a weekly happy hour. This is an ideal role for someone who likes having practical tasks to do while also getting to know the care home residents. Tasks would include pouring drinks, serving some finger food, and providing company to residents during the happy hour.

Most of all, we look for kind-hearted and reliable volunteers who are willing to give some of their time to help others. Volunteers will complete training before starting the role - an online orientation (30 minutes) and in-person orientation (1 hour).

A Police background check is required for this role.

We are looking for volunteers who can contribute 1 hour per week at one of the following times: Thursdays 2-3pm or Fridays 2pm-3pm or Fridays 3pm-4pm.
