Social media marketing assistant
We are seeking a dedicated volunteer to join our team at The Loft Yoga Lounge, who can contribute a minimum of 4 hours each week. This role requires a presence in our studio for approximately 2 to 2.5 hours each week during one of our key program times. Our programs run on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM, and on Sunday from 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM.
The in-studio commitment is not only a time to engage in work-related tasks but also an opportunity to participate in our program activities. This includes attending the session, enjoying a communal dinner, and discussing ongoing projects. This immersion is crucial as it enables our volunteers to genuinely understand and effectively promote our events and activities. For the remainder of the weekly commitment (about 1.5 to 2 hours), tasks can be performed remotely, providing flexibility to work from home.

Quality Smartphone Camera: Must own a smartphone with a high-quality camera.
Discretion and Sensitivity: Ability to capture moments subtly without disrupting the atmosphere. Candid and natural content capturing is required, avoiding posed interactions.
Social Skills: Friendly and open-minded, capable of connecting with the community.
Video Editing Proficiency: Experienced with smartphone video editing applications for creating and editing Reels and TikTok videos.
Social Media Savvy: Knowledge of current trends on Instagram and TikTok.
Writing Skills: Strong skills for crafting compelling captions and narratives.
Attention to Detail: Ensure all content is visually appealing and aligns with brand messaging.
Interpersonal Skills: Effectively interact with attendees, capturing engaging content without intrusion.
Adaptability: Adjust quickly to dynamic situations within event environments.
