Social Media Content Creator

The role involves an initial briefing on understanding the target audience and marketing strategy objectives, then collaboration with Digital Communications and Marketing Strategist on developing the social media strategy and plan in alignment with marketing objectives, and their further implementation including content creation.

Requirements:

Social Media Content Creator will be:
• Building and executing social media strategies;
• Generating and publishing content when required;
• Optimizing company pages on various platforms;
• Moderating user-generated content;
• Analysing social data;
• Good awareness of cultural sensitivity.

A Ministry of Justice background check is required for this role.

Time commitment:

Collaborating closely with the Digital Communications and Marketing Strategist, the successful applicant must be available for weekly virtual meetings, each lasting two hours, to finalize the strategy plan, which is expected to take a maximum of 5-6 sessions. As implementation progresses, these meetings will transition to biweekly or once every three weeks, with sessions lasting about an hour. In-person meetings can also be arranged in the Central Auckland area as needed.
