Treasurer / Accountant

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of our furry friends? Do you have a knack for numbers and a heart for charity? If so, we want YOU to join us as a Volunteer Treasurer at Coast Pet Care Charitable Trust!
As our Volunteer Treasurer, you'll play a vital role in helping us manage our finances effectively, ensuring that every dollar goes directly toward supporting our mission. Your responsibilities will include:
🔹 Keep books up to date in Xero
🔹 Management accounts payable and pay the bills
🔹 Prepare GST Returns
🔹 Prepare annual report
🔹 Attend board meetings and share up to date accounts

Requirements:

What We're Looking For:
🔸 Experience in finance, accounting, or a related field
🔸 Passion for animal welfare and dedication to our cause
🔸 Ability to commit a few hours per week to fulfil treasurer duties
🔸 Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to collaborate
