Are you a good communicator, passionate about working with young people to assist them in their learning.

We are looking for someone who is willing to give 2 hours a week during the school term:

to mentor/tutor students in Year 1 - Year 13
assist NCEA students with assessments and exam preparation
Experienced in teaching STEM subjects advantageous (Maths, Science etc)

Requirements:

Experience in teaching, mentoring and/or tutoring students advantageous
Good communication skills
Knowledge of the subjects and NCEA requirements advantageous

A Police background check is required for this role.

Time commitment:

2 hours a week on Monday evenings
