Comprehension and Creating texts, help learners with critical analysis, reading for pleasure and connecting their story telling.

Requirements:

a tertiary graduate, a tertiary student currently studying towards an English degree, a Year 13 student with NCEA level 1 or 2 merit or excellence endorsements, a role model, and an achiever with a passion to support a learner to achieve more in English, so she/he feels more confident and passionate about her/his own learning and achievements at school.

A Police background check is required for this role.

Time commitment:

6 - 8pm Mon - Thurs once or twice a month during school terms
